Right or Wrong, Hard to Say

'Right or Wrong, Hard to Say', I am sure that most or all of us ever encounter a situation whereby a firm decision need to be made and when such a decision had been made, the effect of the end result would raise up a question whether the decision was 'Right or Wrong"?

Some people may say," Aiya, right or wrong, very hard to say lar!"

And some say, "There is no right and wrong lar!"

Irrespective right or wrong, the end result is people might get hurt, disappointed, unhappy, curse you like hell, no more friend, etc....

There are two scenarios as below:-

Scenario 1 - You scare that people will unhappy with you, so you choose not to raise up the problem. But at the end when everything getting worst and f**k up, you will lose your client and screwed up by your boss left right centre till your ass drop!

Scenario 2 - You made a decision to raise up the problem and people were unhappy with you and curse you like hell as you want to protect your client's interest.

Both scenarios will have the ripple effect but different direction.

This was happened to me for the past two days and I have made a decision.

If you were me, which scenarios will you choose to act and why?

The way the decision is made has to be uphold by our ethic. Our conscience will tell us what is wrong and right. If that decision will affect the inrerest of your client, than you have to voice out and protect your client. That is your work ethic and your reputation. The decision might not be to the interest of your company but due to your etthic and conscience you have to raise it to your management. What action or decision that your superior will make you have no control but at least you have done your part. You will not feel sorry for yourself and can sleep tight at night.

Will have given valid points here.

When one is at cross road on such situation, one is normally inexperience in handling such situation thus confusion arises. To resolve such matter, one mush rise the another level of mental (said A. Einstein)

The values and virtues will be your guide in making your decision. Careful and consideration of all aspects shall always be taken to minimise wrong decision. But still then, we may face with unhappy parties.

Bottomline, if a decision is made wrongly, we must also have the courage to amend them or make good.

Then, what is right and what is wrong ? To evil, your right is their wrong and vice versa...isn't it ? People have always have differ opinions.

The truth will always upheld, time will disclose it. The right one will stand through eternity and can stand before the Almighty.

Do pray for wisdom and guidance from God as our journey will always face with challenges. God will lead you into victory like the Jews crossing over the Red sea when they are faced with dead end.

The decision that I had made earlier on had a great impact and caught the attention of their top management in KL. Of course the people in Kuching were unhappy and curse me like hell BUT I done what need to be done as to protect my client's interest.

I wish that your management will have the understanding. A happy client means repeating business. In addtion, a mistake might bite you back one day if not raised.

It doesn't matter who's right or wrong but always believe in yourself. If you think you are making a right decision for the best of all then you are making the right decision. Who cares if the whole world hates or curses you but the most important thing is you know you make the right choice. Just like what MGB said "Do pray for wisdom and guidance from God as our journey will always face with challenges."
